What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us
within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of
the item. Ship to: Returns, Figurines and More, 2101 Richland Dr, Garland, TX 75044. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the
shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in
their original packaging. In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail
us at support@figurinesandmore.com with the item number and we will send you
a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If
our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we
require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we may ask
you to return it to us, and of course Figurinesand more.com would pay for the
return shipping in that case.
Can I order any other way besides using the website?
You can order in whatever way is most convenient for you! Ordering on
the website will offer you the fastest service and the most recent
information as far as in-stock status of items, etc. However if you
prefer, you may also fax us your order (fax number is 972-530-8545), or
e-mail your order to suport@figurinesandmore.com.
Be sure to include on your fax your complete shipping address, complete
billing address, credit card number and expiration date, name on the
credit card, and a phone number where you can be reached for questions.
Remember, if you order via e-mail, do not include credit card information, as it is not secure.
Include your phone number so we can call you for payment information.
